At FakhriShop.com, our sole purpose is delivering the highest quality items to your kitchen. 

We want you to be absolutely delighted every time you shop with us.

However, If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

 

14-Day Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Item(s) must be in the same condition you received them (unopened, unused, and with no visible signs of wear).

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Exclusion: Food products sold on sale due to short expiry dates (within 2 to 6 weeks from delivery date) are not eligible for refunds or returns.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions:

Certain items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods: Meat, dairy, and bakery items.

  • Custom orders: Personalised items or special orders.

  • Hazardous materials: Flammable liquids or gases.

  • Promotions: Sale items and gift cards.


How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email contact.fakhrishop@gmail.com to request a return. Please note: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

  2. Receive Your Label: If approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack Your Items: Repack carefully and enclose a note stating your name, order number, and the reason for the return.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Standard Refunds: Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. (Please allow extra time for your bank to process the transfer).

  • Exchanges: The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order separately. Alternatively, include full exchange details inside your return parcel, and our team will contact you.

 

Delivery Charges, Damages, & Faulty Items

  • Damages & Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

  • Electrical Items: Covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Faulty units will be sent to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.

  • Delivery Fee Refunds:

    • Full delivery refunds apply to cancelled orders that have not yet been dispatched.

    • Delivery charges are otherwise only refunded for missing orders or at FakhriShop.com's discretion.

    • Refunds will not be issued for delivery delays outside of FakhriShop.com's reasonable control.
