Dettol Biodegradable Antibacterial

Dettol Biodegradable Antibacterial Cleansing Surface Wipes are disposable, moisture-rich cleaning wipes designed for fast and hygienic cleaning of hard household and workplace surfaces. The wipes are made from 100% biodegradable fibres and are formulated with benzalkonium chloride as the disinfecting active ingredient. They kill 99.9% of bacteria and viruses, including organisms such as E. coli, Salmonella, MRSA and influenza viruses, when used according to the label instructions. They are bleach-free, fragrance-free/no odour and suitable for areas where food is prepared, making them useful for kitchens, bathrooms, offices and communal areas. 

Ingredients

Per 100 g of product:

• Benzalkonium Chloride – 0.40 g – disinfectant/active ingredient
• Parfum/Fragrance
• Water

Dettol identifies benzalkonium chloride as the active germ-protection ingredient. 

Note: Although the product packaging shown says “No Odour,” the manufacturer's ingredient information may still list fragrance/parfum as part of the formulation.

How to Use

• Pull back the resealable cover.
• Remove one wipe.
• Reseal the pack immediately after removing the wipe to prevent drying.
• Wipe the surface thoroughly.
• Allow the product to work according to the label's required contact time where disinfection is intended.
• Dispose of the used wipe appropriately.

Keep out of reach of children. For surface cleaning only – not for personal hygiene. Do not flush. Do not use with other detergents or disinfectants. Avoid unsuitable surfaces such as windows, mirrors, fabrics and some painted/varnished surfaces. Do not freeze. Use biocides safely and always read the product label before use.
