Options Choc-O-Lait Belgian Chocolate is an easy-to-prepare instant hot chocolate powder designed for a smooth, creamy and satisfying chocolate drink. Made with 21% fat-reduced cocoa powder and 7% Belgian chocolate, it delivers a rich chocolate flavour while being quick and convenient to prepare.

Simply add 3 teaspoons (11g) of powder to a mug, mix with a little hot water until smooth, then add the remaining hot water and stir. For an even creamier drink, it can also be prepared with a little milk or a preferred milk alternative.

Ingredients

Milk permeate powder, fat-reduced cocoa powder (21%), sugar, Belgian chocolate (7%) (sugar, cocoa mass, fat-reduced cocoa powder, flavouring), dried glucose syrup, coconut oil, salt, skimmed milk powder, thickener (xanthan gum), emulsifiers (E322, E472e), sweetener (aspartame), anti-caking agent (E551), flavouring, stabiliser (E340(ii)).

The supplied label specifies that the cocoa is Rainforest Alliance Certified and that the aspartame contains a source of phenylalanine.

Preparation Instructions

1. Boil approximately 200ml of water and allow it to cool slightly.
2. Add 3 teaspoons (11g) of Options powder to a mug.
3. Mix with a little hot water until smooth.
4. Add the remaining hot water.
5. Stir continuously and enjoy.
6. For a creamier drink, add a little milk or your preferred milk alternative.
