Description
Fresh Rhubarb 400g consists of crisp, firm rhubarb stalks with their characteristic pink-red and green colouring. Rhubarb has a naturally sharp, tart and refreshing flavour and is particularly popular when cooked with sugar or other sweet ingredients.
It is a versatile ingredient for crumble, pies, tarts, compotes, jams, sauces and desserts. It can also be stewed or poached and served with yoghurt, custard or ice cream. Fresh rhubarb should be washed and prepared before cooking.
