Description
Zoégas Skånerost 450g is a rich and full-bodied dark-roast ground filter coffee made from 100% Arabica beans sourced from East Africa, Brazil and Central America. The blend combines beans from different growing regions to create a strong, distinctive and aromatic coffee with pleasant fruitiness and notes of dark berries, including characteristic blackcurrant tones. The coffee is roasted and blended in Helsingborg, Sweden, and is designed for use with standard consumer filter coffee makers. It has a pronounced dark-roast character, with a roast intensity of approximately 9/10, fullness 10/10 and acidity 4/10 according to current product information.
The 450g pack makes approximately 72 cups, based on a recommended dosage of 6.25g of coffee per cup. For preparation, use one Zoégas measure (6.25g) per cup, fresh cold water and a brewing temperature of approximately 92–96°C. The coffee is particularly suited to those who enjoy a powerful, dark and flavourful brew and can complement sweet and acidic fruits, pies, as well as savoury and smoked foods. The packaging states that the coffee is 100% responsibly sourced, with beans from Rainforest Alliance-certified farms included in the sourcing programme.

Storage
